At Euroa Secondary College, the year 11s buddy up with the year 7 students in their first days of school and are there to support them throughout the weeks and months to come.

It is not only the year 7 students who benefit from the buddy program; the year 11s also find the experience rewarding and expand their leadership skills.

The reaction from the year 7 students is pure delight as they find a friend in an older student.
