AFTER playing in the grand final of the midweek pennant on Tuesday and losing the final to Shepparton Park, the club was a hive of activity on Wednesday when 112 lady bowlers came to Euroa to play in the annual tournament.

Teams came from Shepparton Park, Colbinabbin, Shepparton RSL, Numurkah, Mooroopna Golf, Kyabram, Broadford, Tatura, Rushworth, East Shepparton, Benalla, Dookie, Nathalia, Yarrawonga, Murchison, Nagambie, Violet Town, Avenel, Seymour and Euroa.

All were welcomed by club president Max Griffiths and all were wished a happy day at Euroa.Tournament secretary, Libby Byrne, also welcomed all, Eric Sellenger gave out the conditions of play to all and he hoped that the weatherman would stay away.
