EMERGENCY services were called out to an accident near Lindsay Park’s training facility on Monday this past week night where four horses were killed.
A truck that was transporting five horses from the stable to the Hunter Valley had lost control and rolled on Creighton’s Creek Road just before 9pm.
Three of the fillies that died – Hafaawa, Aladaala and Maktabba – were from Shadwell Stud owned by racing figure Sheikh Hamdan.
