REVIVAL Aerobics studio Shepparton have brought home the gold at the School Aerobics national champions in Broadbeach, Queensland.

Including young talent from Euroa and surrounds, the team endured multiple qualifying rounds including regionals finals, state finals and then moving on to the national finals based on their scored successes.

Sport Aerobics is a high–intensity performance sport that combines elements from dance and aerobic gymnastics to create a 1.30 – 2 minute routine to music, where athletes show elements of flexibility, power and strength through various skills such as push ups, splits and jumps.

Routines can be soloist, pairs or part of a team and are performed in front of a judging panel where they are judged on both technique and artistic value.

Coaches Sean Reynolds and Daniel Johnson have both been competing and coaching in Sport Aerobics for well over 10 years, both have won numerous state and national champion titles on the years, Sean represented Australia at the 2015 FISAF World Championships in Martinique.

Revival have been extremely successful this year, having opened their new studio and brought home national titles in the same season.

Revival Aerobics Studio will be recruiting new competitive squad athletes for the 2023 season in late early November.
