Goulburn-Murray Water’s (GMW) Shepparton Customer Service Centre will be temporarily closed for renovations from Tuesday, 22 July to Tuesday, 16 September 2025.
The renovations will improve customer experience by upgrading the physical layout and improving accessibility and service delivery at the Wheeler St site.
While the works are under way, the Shepparton team will continue to provide the full range of services to its customers via appointment-only.

• Calling the Contact Centre on 1800 013 357
• Emailing reception@gmwater.com.au
GMW Manager Distribution Services Operations Craig Kellow said the renovations would help better meet the needs of customers.
“While the Shepparton Customer Service Centre is temporarily closed, our team remains fully available through appointments, on-farm visits, and remote support,” Mr Kellow said.
“We appreciate customers’ understanding and patience while the works are completed.”
