The Strathbogie Euroa Angling Club had a successful kids day fishing at the Arboretum on Sunday 21 September.
Despite intermittent rain, 56 children participated with their families.
A free sausage sizzle, drinks, and give aways were provided by the club and appreciated by all who attended.
There were only two fish caught on the day, both of them on corn provided by the Club.
Young Brodie caught a yellow belly and Tom caught a silver perch.
Well done to you both - may it be the beginning of successful recreational fishing careers.
