HAWTHORN player and coaching great the late John Kennedy Snr was recently named as an AFL Legend, the highest honour of the game.
Sadly John passed away last week.
He coached and captained the Hawks in the 1950s.
In 1957 he played in the Victorian VFL team (a great honour) against Tasmania.
