NINETEEN bands, duets, and solo artists graced the outdoor stage behind the Violet Town Gallery Museum on the weekend of 26-27 April to an appreciative crowd.
The Bush Gathering Violet Town Music Festival proved to be at hit to locals and visitors to town, with an eclectic range of artists performing throughout the two days.
The showcase of artists included Great Aunt, Saoirse, Roolya Boolya, Szara Fox and Andrew Darling, and the Maza Sisters.
Also featuring were the GV orchestra quartet and the local community choir All in Sing.
The Gaelic-inspired quartet Saoirse hosted a Celtic céilí (gathering) on the Saturday evening for dancing some traditional reels and 'gigues'.
The well-renowned and talented artist Helena Gibson also had on display in the art gallery her retrospective exhibition Looking Forward - Looking Back.
