UDDER-LY GREAT: St John’s students Evie McMarton, Sineth Hasa, Grace Brown-Sarre and MacKenzie Hamil give their new Picasso Cow the thumbs up!

A FIBREGLASS cow at St John’s Primary has received the artistic treatment and is ready to go on display for students, teachers and parents to enjoy.
The cow painting project is a part of Dairy Australia’s popular curriculum-based learning program, Picasso Cows, where children learnt about the region’s dairy industry.
St John’s teacher Melinda Watson said the completed art project was both fun but also got students to recognise the importance of agriculture in the region.
