THE popular Goulburn Fishing Festival will return to Eildon for another year on Saturday, September 7.

Ahead of the free festival, 1,500 rainbow trout weighing 3-4 kilograms each will be released into the Goulburn River between Eildon and Molesworth, with Eildon Pondage receiving a further 500.

Hosted at Lions Park on Riverside Drive, Eildon, between 9am and 3pm on September 7, the festival features...
