There were 24 members present to hear an excellent talk by guest speaker, Peter Hill.
Mr Hill presented in a Probus meeting his life history as he grew up in Glasgow and became an artist, writer and journalist, working as an art critic for the Bulletin.
Mr Hill's Scottish mother was born in Australia and his father was from Glasgow.
