NEW data released in Domain's December Rent Report has shown that rents have increased in almost every part of regional Victoria in the past year, with the Strathbogie Shire having the highest percentage increase.
The median price of houses in the area rose 19.1 per cent to $420 in December 2022 after being just $353 in December 2021.
