A raft of council grants has seen a local community take advantage of funding to automate the cleaning of their local pool .
Friends of the Avenel Swimming Pool will use most of the $9,967 grant to buy an automatic pool cleaner to save manual hours on the job for the group’s members and staff of Belgravia Leisure who manage the pool.
