Collectors to hit the streets to help sick children

FOR THE KIDS: Young Brock Hood, and Gerry Mawson, will be among volunteers collecting for the Royal Children’s Hospital’s Good Friday Appeal in Euroa.

COLLECTORS will be out in force in Euroa for the annual Good Friday Appeal for the Royal Children’s Hospital this Friday.

Here in Euroa, residents make a significant contribution each year towards the appeal – with schools, local hotels, sporting and service groups each raising money to go toward Euroa’s combined efforts.

Door to door collections will be conducted this Friday along the same lines as last year.

The Euroa urban fire brigade will be doing a door to door collection of all house holds within the Euroa township from 9.30am.

To make the task a little easier residents, when hearing the fire truck siren sounded in their street, are being asked to meet the collectors at the front gate.
