New place to live for town’s people

$15 million aged care facility almost done

AFTER more than four years Euroa Health’s new $15 million aged care facility, GraniteHill, is nearing completion.

The building itself is scheduled to be complete in the next couple of weeks, after which point the team can begin furnishing and readying it for residents to move in.

The changeover of residents from the old to the new building has been tentatively flagged for the three days after Anzac Day, however, as Euroa Health chief executive officer Wayne Sullivan explained, these dates are dependent on gaining regulatory and statutory approvals.
