AFTER a disappointing 2014/15 season, Nagambie went on the hunt for an experienced cricketer to lead them to a premiership in the SDCA.

AFTER a disappointing 2014/15 season, Nagambie went on the hunt for an experienced cricketer to lead them to a premiership in the Seymour and District Cricket Association.

They landed upon Rick Misiti who has galvanised the group for hopefully a tilt at an A grade premiership win.

Kristen Jahne will lead the B grade side in the upcoming season bringing a wealth of experience to the role after playing the previous year.

Nagambie’s first A grade match of the season was at Tallarook.

After being sent out to field, they quickly made use of the swinging ball and caused havoc with Tallarook’s top order batsman.

Only Luke Irving managed any resistance to Nagambie’s attack with 40.
