Euroa Junior Fire Brigade performs well at the State Junior Championships

EUROA Junior Fire Brigade travelled to Horsham last weekend to compete in the 42nd State Junior Championships.

Euroa had two sides in the under 14s and one in the under 17s competing.

Under 17 team members were Brodie Asquith, James Black, Byron Craven, Robert Paradzayi and Billy Williams.

The under 14 A side consisted of Andrew Williams, Bailey Hall, Nic Asquith and Jack McConachy, while the B side had Joel Craven, Abbey Delahey and Bailey Kubeil.

Some 70 teams from across the state were competing over the weekend.

Andrew Williams and Joel Craven were in the under-14 hydrant race with Andrew finishing in sixth place while Brodie Asquith and Robert Paradzayi gained fourth place in the under 17 Y Coupling (two competitors) event.
