Players give best in a nail-biter

Under 15s: Playing number two on the ladder, the boys played a spectacular brand of soccer.

After being scored against early in the first half they rallied to score a goal for themselves in quick time.

The goal came from a superb corner kick from Ben Lewis and Immanuel Rodney headed into the net.

This surprised the highly skilled Grammar Blue team and an arm wrestle followed for the rest of the first half.

Solid defence from both teams saw attacking moves repelled, over and over again from both teams, and half time was a welcome rest from a frenetic game.
